We currently ship across India.
Processing Time
Orders are handpicked/packed within 1–3 business days of being placed.
Custom or made-to-order crochet pieces may need additional time — this will
be noted on the product page.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Other locations: 5–8 business days after dispatch
Timelines may vary during sales, festivals, or due to courier delays
outside our control.
Shipping Charges
- **Free shipping on all orders over ₹1499**
- **₹50 flat shipping fee** on orders below ₹1499
Our Shipping Partners
We ship via Shiprocket,
and you'll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is currently unavailable.
Delays
While we work hard to meet the timelines above, delays can occur due to
weather, courier network issues, strikes, or other circumstances
beyond our control. We'll keep you updated if this happens.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number and
link via [email/WhatsApp]. You can also check your order
status by logging into your account under "My Orders."
Undelivered/RTO Orders
If a package is undeliverable after multiple courier attempts (wrong address, unreachable, refused),
it will be returned to us. We'll reach out to arrange re-shipping (additional shipping charges may apply)
or process a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
